Obituary for Najah N Ansari

Najah Nafeesah “Mecca Wise” Ansari was born on August 3, 1977 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Bashir and the late Shafeqah Sturdivant Ansari. The family lived in the Wilkinsburg and East Liberty neighborhoods of Pittsburgh.She attended Crescent Elementary, Gladstone Middle School, and graduated from Peabody High School. In 1999 she joined the Nation of Gods and Earths Understanding and chose the name Mecca Wise Reflection Earth.She met and married Doctor Sujan “Supreme Understanding” Dass.In 2002 She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology graduating with honors from the University of Pittsburgh while raising her infant daughter. Najah worked for many years in the Cancer Research Department of the University of Pittsburgh before moving to Atlanta, Georgia in 2007. In 2008 She started Supreme Design Publishig with her husvand. As head o f sales and Fullfilment, Mecca (Najah) single handedly ensured that their books changed over a million lives for the better. She was known to all as a beautiful person inside and out. Her gorgeous smile and dimples were legendary. A counselor, friend, and confident to many. Her strength was never more evident than during the brave batte she fought against breast cancer for several years.Najah transitioned peacefully on Friday, September 2014. She leaves to celebrate her life, her husband, Dr. Sujan “Supreme Understanding; two beartiful daughters, Nena Makayla Dorsey and Nilani Me’siah Dass; father, Bashir Ansari; 1 sister, Nena Ansari; 2 brothers, Wahad ad Akbar Ansari, maternal aunt. Mollie Smith, and a host of other family and friends.
