Mabel Morris SmithMabel Morris Smith 103, of Beaver Falls, PA.. was called home to be with the Lord on September 10,2013. She was born September 12., 1909 in Bowling Green, Kentucky to the late John and Ethel Morris. Mabel worked at Providence Hospital and Beaver County Medical Center until retirement. She leaves to cherish her memories, her loving husband of 65 years Deforest Smith. Two sisters: Nellie Law of Rochester, PA and Dorothy Robinson and A daughter, Patricia Milliner of Beaver Falls, PA. her son, LaForrest Durham of Mansfield, Ohio. Four grandchildren, Renita (Robert) Henderson, Eric (Tara) Milliner, Andre and Corey Milliner all of Beaver Falls. six great grandchildren, Robert Bell Jr, Tavar Henderson, Kenneth, Joselyn, and Terrie Milliner, Beaver Falls and Jorden Oliver of Florida and a host of nieces nephews, relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 6 brothers and 1 sister. The family thanks Friendship Ridge nursing home for their care and love shown to Mabel and the family over the last seven years. Services for Mabel will be held at Second Baptist Church, 24th street and 10th Ave. Beaver Falls, PA. The viewing is from 3PM to 8PM on Monday ,September 16,2013, and the funeral service will be on Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at 11:00 AM with Reverend Bernard E. Tench Jr. officiating.
