Aunt Jane

As one of the Reed boys growing up in my mom and dad's family, we could never get enough of Aunt Jane. Aunt Jane was the youngest of my mom's family. Naomi, my mom, was just about 18 months older than Aunt Jane so there was a lot of times that we were able to enjoy Aunt Jane, since my mom and Aunt Jane were close. They had the sweetest of friendships. I remember Aunt Jane as the most fun loving and smiling women of all time! She never had a cross word to say that I ever heard. I did hear her say, "Naomi, you better get control of those boys before they mess something up"..... but then we no doubt deserved that comment! Uncle Earl and Aunt Jane were the epitome of a wonderful married couple. Aunt Jane will always be remembered for her jokes, pranks, smiles and warmness forever. When I told my mom, who is now almost 92, about Aunt Jane's passing, she shed a few tears but said there is a glorious celebration in heaven going on!!! Thanks for the memories Aunt Jane. We love you. Jess Reed and the Reed family
