Age 58 of Highland Park, unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 20, 2013. Beloved wife of Charles E. Spratt, Sr. Mother of Desmond Spratt, Nicole Spratt, Charles, Jr. and George. Daughter of Wray Goetz. Sister of Leanne Dasilva and Wray Brant. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren other relatives and friends.
