Yvonne was born in Alliance, Ohio from the union of John Patterson and Mae (Meadows) Patterson. Yvonne accepted the Lord at Second Baptist Church and has been a faithful follower
since.
Yvonne moved to Pittsburgh in 1950. She attended Goodwin Business School as well as Cosmetology School. She was a beautician for over 15 years. Yvonne joined Central Baptist Church and ever since she has been a faithfulmember. She served under the usher board, and cooked meals for the hungry.
She leaves to cherish her memories; her son Darrell M. Donaldson, a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, and nieces. She is preceded in death by her husband Daniel E. Donaldson and two sons Daniel M. Donaldson and Kenneth B. Donaldson.
