William (Bill) Charles Hall was born on June 22, 1949 in Pittsburgh, PA to the late Floyd and Dorothy Hall. He grew up in Elmore Square on the Hill and went to Leo Weil School, Arsenal and Washington School in Bloomfield. Bill joined the United States Navy for (4) years, worked at Thermos Window Company, and thereafter, worked at the Pittsburgh Federal Building until retirement. Besides living in Pittsburgh, Bill previously resided in New Jersey. Bill leaves to mourn his sisters Lorraine Eubanks and Carol Nelson, brother the late Floyd (Sonny) Hall Jr, and an ex-spouse Denise, as well as a host of friends and relatives.
