Thaw “Coach Tee” Washington, Age 96 of Pittsburgh’s Hill District peacefully went from labor to reward on June, 2, 2020. Son of the late Reverend Vandy and Frances Washington; husband of the late Louise Day Washington; father of Lateka Washington and grandfather of Dariona Fuller and Rikiah Cruse. Thaw was a member of Monumental Baptist Church and Youth Coach and Community Leader/Activist in the City of Pittsburgh for over 50 years. Public Visitation on Saturday, June 13, 2020 from 11am-1pm at Coston’s Funeral Home (Lincoln Ave.) Funeral Service promptly at 1pm. Burial: Private
