Synthia Davis Fletcher, age 68, of Pittsburgh, PA (Formerly Jersey City, NJ), passed away peacefully at UPMC Mercy Hospital on Wednesday, January 13, 2021. Loving mother of Ms. Jourdan Fletcher; loving sister to Barbara Petry (Oliver), Bruce Davis and Sandra Bailey; and granddog Lennox. Synthia is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends. After working for many years in NY and NJ as Sales Manager and Administrative Assistant, Synthia moved to Pittsburgh and continued her career, while also becoming a bar maid at various bars and social clubs in the city, she retired due to health reasons. Synthia most enjoyed cooking, watching Steelers games, Perry Mason and black & white movies, receiving photos of her granddog Lennox and spending time with her special friends Ginger, Lovey and Cindy. Synthia will be cremated and the family will announce a Memorial Service at a later date, at which time, a detailed obituary will be provided.
