Robert Lee Burley was born on July 23, 1981 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
to Robin Cleveland and Carl Burley Sr. Preceded in death by his
brothers Carl Burley Jr. and Carlos Burly, his sister Kayla Cleveland,
Grandparents Robert Cleveland, Carol and Melvin Anderson and uncle
Charles Woodward Sr. Robert received his GED and worked as a flagger,
which he was so proud of. He was also proud to be taking the steps to
become closer to the Lord.

He devoted his time to being a loving father to his daughters Tationna
Bradley (19), Justice Burley (15) and Onnasti Steadman (7). He was a
family man, proud to be a girl dad. He enjoyed the simple things in life
like spending quality time with family and friends. His playful nature, wit
and charm and infectious laugh kept everyone around him smiling.
Robert is survived by his parents Robin Cleveland and Carl Burley Sr.;
his step-mother Kim Burley; sisters Ericka Cleveland and Ciara Burley;
brothers Jaray Macklin, Robert Bailey, Rae-Shaun Bailey; grandmother
Mrs. Sarah Cleveland; and a host of other relatives and friends.
