Raheime was born to the late Henry K.Martin and Cerita A. Martin in Pittsburgh, Pa. He attended Brashear High School and after graduation in 1986, he went on to attend The Culinary Institute after he discovered his love for cooking. He did several internships at various restaurants and major food chains.
His broad smile and calm demeanor was his personal trademark. His sense of humor and cackling laugh at his own jokes made you laugh
He leaves behind his daughter, Deborah Martin, mother Cerita A. Jones and stepdad, Nathaniel A. Jones and five grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
