Mark William Hall was born on March 24th, 1957, in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. He was happily married to Myrna Antonio-Hall. for 29 years. He was the son of the late Richard James Hall, Jr. and Brandon (Dixon) Hall. He was proceeded in death by his father, Richard James Hall, Jr. and his eldest brother Richard. Surviving siblings, Brenda Perkins (DeNarco), Cynthia Hall, Vickie Stinson, and Jessica Hall.

Mark has one biological son, Mark Jason Davis, Sr. and his children Dayja, Jayonna, Serenity, Jayshia, Ariyah, Jayvian, Mark Jason, Jr., Jayda, Jayshon, D'mari, Selena, and DeMarco. Mark was stepfather to David A. Dittler (Tanya), Daniel P. Dittler (Lisa), adopted daughter Lori Oldaker (Kris). Grandfather to Michelle Via (Kenneth), Scott Dittler (Emily), Kayla Dittler, Katelyn Dittler, Kaitlyn Oldaker, and Nathan Oldaker. Great Grandfather to Easton Via, Brayson Mussomele, Kinsley Via, and Paisley Dittler.

Mark loved cooking, one of his proudest achievements was working at the Sheraton Station Square Hotel as cook for ten years while never missing a day. He was proud of earning the honor of employee of the year. His other interests were fishing and Harley Davidson motorcycles. Mark enjoyed his time spent at Slippery Rock Campground as well as watching westerns and listening to Motown R&B.
