Mrs Freddie Banks was born in Alabama; she moved to Pittsburgh at a very young age. Mrs. Freddie Banks transition to eternal life at the age of 102, she was blessed with long life. Her husband Wilbur Banks presided her in death. Aunt Freddie leaves to mourn numerous nieces, nephews and friends and neighbors at Harriet Tubman Apartments

Aunt Freddie was a long-time member at Monumental Baptist Church where she taught Sunday school and served as a deaconess. She also volunteer at Kane Nursing Home to help patients. Aunt Freddie worked at Presbyterian hospital where she retired after twenty years. Aunt Freddie lived a life of service and always displayed a pleasant demeanor

Aunt Freddie will be missed but we are grateful for the time we had with her.

Services: Coston Funeral Home, Tuesday viewing form 10:00 am -12:00 pm.
Funeral is scheduled for 12:00 noon, Tuesday, February 8, 2022
