Enid Butts, the daughter of the late Emma and Edward Ammon Sr. Sister of the late Edward Jr., Florence and sister to May, Jean and Kenny Ammon.
Enid was born on November 1, 1931 in Liverpool England. She attended school in Liverpool England. She arrived in the United States and did seamstress work until she worked at Broudy's Restaurant then went to Presby Hospital in Oakland until she retired. She moved to Florida but loved returning to Pittsburgh on vacation at least twice a year.
Enid enjoyed wearing her high heels until she was 85 years old. Finally, she had to give them up. She loved crocheting blankets which she made for everyone. She loved her music and she also enjoyed time with her family.
Enid was a devoted wife and leaves to cherish her memory her husband Eddie L. Butts. Her children Alan (Eva) Peay, Linda Peay, Florence Johnson Peay, Yvonne Peay, and Marvin Butts. She has 8 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren and a host of
